We are currently experiencing some service disruptions and delays with our local and national transport providers due to the increased volume, strikes, and challenging circumstances all transport companies are facing from both tightened COVID restrictions and the flow on effect. Whilst we will do our best to get your order picked, packed, despatched and onboard for delivery as quickly as we can, regretfully, we are simply not in a position to guarantee turnaround times or delivery dates. If it is urgent, we strongly encourage you to collect your order where possible, or if you do have your own preferred transport company, please let us know, and we can work with them to have your order ready for collection at an agreed date and time.

How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery of an order will depend on the size, number of items and your location.
Where do you deliver to?
We can arrange delivery to business and private addresses. We do not delivery to postal addresses.
I need my order urgently! Do you Express Post?
Yes, we will Express Post or use an Express Courier. Please contact our office directly to place an order. Delivery charges will apply.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Depending on your location, we can arrange same-day delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit or organise your own courier to pickup your order from our showroom.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Our lead time is usually two to three working days – BNE Metro area. Delivery times are usually the next day to most capital cities but will vary according to the order’s destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations.
Can I place an order and pick it up from the showroom?
Yes, please indicate this by selecting ‘showroom pickup’ as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. Contact our office to organize a suitable pickup time within office business hours.
Please advise us immediately if you receive faulty product within a 24 hours of receiving the order. We do everything possible to ensure you receive a quality product, however occasionally faults do occur.
Returns are not recognised unless made within 7 Days of Purchase. Invoice number must be quoted when making a claim. Claims can only be made if the product is faulty or a manufacturing error. A restocking fee (handling fee) of 20% will apply for returns and goods must be returned at the purchasers expense.
