I am new to Swann Agencies, how do I register for a Business Login?
If you are a registered business with a valid ABN, please complete a Business Login Application by clicking here
Once submitted please allow up to two working days for your application to be processed. If you wish to place an order in the interim, you can continue to select items into your ‘Shopping Cart’. Your ‘Shopping Cart’ will be retained on your computer and will automatically update whenever you login.

Yes, customers are welcome to visit our showroom and warehouse during business hours, where we have plenty of off-street parking. Our address is:

Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3.00pm

I have placed an online order. Can I amend it?
Yes. Please contact our office by phone or email as soon as possible to ensure that the order hasn’t already left our warehouse. Our lead time is usually two to three working days, if your order has already left a new order would need to be placed.
I have received a faulty item
We do everything possible to supply a quality product although occasionally faults do occur. Please contact our office by phone or email to organize a replacement.
I have received an incorrect item in my order
Please contact our office by phone or email so we can organize a return, the correct item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
An item is missing from my order
Please contact our office by phone or email and we will organize the item to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Delivery & Returns
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery of an order will depend on the size, number of items and your location. You can also collect from our showroom or warehouse.
Where do you deliver to?
We can arrange delivery to business and private addresses. We do not deliver to post office boxes.
I need my order urgently! Do you Express Post?
Yes, we can Express Post or use an Express Courier. Please contact our office directly to place an order. Delivery charges will apply. Delivery times will be in accordance with Australia Post guidelines.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Depending on your location, we can arrange same-day delivery. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit or organise your own courier to pickup your order from our showroom.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Our lead time is usually two to three working days. Delivery times are usually the next day to most capital cities but will vary according to the order’s destination and can take up three to five working days for some destinations.

Can I place an order and pick it up from the showroom?
Yes, please indicate this by selecting ‘local pickup’ as the shipping option at CHECKOUT. Contact our office to organize a suitable pickup time within office business hours.
Please advise us immediately if you receive faulty product within 24 hours of receiving the order. We do everything possible to ensure you receive a quality product, however occasionally faults do occur.
Please choose your order carefully as we are unable to refund purchases if you change your mind. A restocking fee of 20% will apply for returns and goods must be returned at the purchasers expense.
