Frequently Asked Questions

I don't know where to begin, can you help?

Yes, we can. We provide you with all the knowledge and design options to help you make an educated decision on what greenery and/ or florals to choose, what location(s) it should be placed in, and best practices for installations.

Do you send through concept ideas?

Yes. As part of our service, our designers can create mock-ups so you have an accurate understanding of what the finished installation will look like. We also detail the scope of work in-depth.

How long does the process take from design to installation?

Our team are efficient and professional, and we do try to complete the job as quickly as we can for our customers. The time to generally complete our jobs depends on our client’s specifications, how big the job is and what level of access we are given by our customers. But we will work with you on your timeline to make sure we complete the job in line with your requirements.

I have multiple locations in different states I want greenery/ flowers, is this possible to get a bundle design quote?

Yes, of course! As long as we are given the exact specifications of the jobs, we will be able to work with you on a bundle quote. At the moment, we do not install outside of Southeast Queensland, but we are able to send our products interstate for DIY installation.

How much will it cost?

It will differ for every job, depending on how much product (greenery/ flowers) that are used, plus other factors for installation. Such as site location, the difficulty of access to the site and what material the greenery will be adhered to.

Do you recommend any preparation before installation?

Yes. If we are coming into a commercial or residential construction site, we recommend for the works to be completed prior to us installing. The fewer tradespeople on-site, the better and easier it will be for us to complete your desired look, as we often custom-build the pieces on site.

Can you come and measure up my space area for a quote?

Yes, of course! If you are in the South East Queensland region, we can come and visit your commercial space or home and complete the measurements to make sure we have exactly the right amount of product for your project.

Do you offer just product supply only?

Of course! We also operate as a wholesale and retail business, if you are after our products only, we are more than happy to supply you with the florals/ greenery you require to do a self-install. You can also shop online if you know exactly what you’re after.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom located Unit 2/54, Turbo Drive, Coorparoo QLD 4151. We are open Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm.

Do you supply in small quantities?

We do not have a minimum amount of supply spend and are open to working with you on any creations project, big or small!

What is the lead time?

* Availability: Stock is available at the time of quoting. Some lines move extremely quickly and as a result, our range, colours & styles can change frequently with trends, seasons and availability. We appreciate it may take a little time for you to make your decision, please understand that without an order and/ or a deposit, we are, unfortunately, unable to remove the stock from display.

*  Quote: Once we have issued you with an official quote, the pricing is valid for 14 days. After which time, due to stock movements, other orders and other factors – the quote pricing may increase.

* Deposit: Once accepted, to release the stock for the installation, we will invoice you for the project which is “supply and installation” and all associated costs, prior to the scheduled installation date.

* Invoicing: The invoice will be emailed to the contact we have on file for the project.

* Pay-as-You-Go-Cash Accounts: Will require payment prior to the installation date.

* 30-Day Credit Accounts: Will require a deposit to the value of 50%  of the invoiced amount for projects over $1,000.

* White Cards: Our team have valid White Cards if required for onsite installation.

* Administrative Paperwork: If this is to be completed (Work Method Statement), please advise at time of quoting.
